Subject may be multiple in some circumstances where an observation is made on combined samples.

Addition of sequenceNumber provides a mechanism to identify the sequence of the subjects

• The cardinality of Subject is extended to 0..*
• Subject participation is updated to allow sequenceNumber 0..1 (optional)
