Issue
conjunctionCode is required in relationships between clinical statements
Recommendation
Add conjunctionCode with a cardinality of [0..1], conformance of ‘Required’ and no default value to the following act relationships:
- ActChoice.sourceOf1
- ActChoice.sourceOf2/targetOf
Rationale
The conjunctionCode allows explicit statement of combined and alternate relationships, for example:
- A has reason (B AND C)
- R has trigger (S OR T)
