Issue
Need to record the financial charge of an act.
Recommendation
Include a charge ActRelationship from the ClinicalStatementChoice to an A_FinancialTransaction CMET.
Rationale
The financial charge of an act is required to recorded especially in the case of health services.

Recommended Action Items
Resolution
Agreed to withdraw the proposal for now as we reached agreement not to use CMETs and only start with what we need if needed. Therefore, Heath will further review with Patient Care. Need a mechanism for a “plug-out” for non clinical areas.
