CMHAFF call, Monday, April 10

Reviewed the revisions to the decision tree, which was greatly simplified by not replicating the FTC Mobile Health interactive tool, but simply referencing it. That tool points to applicable Federal regulations, whereas the cMHAFF questions will point to sections within cMHAFF.

There was general agreement that the simplified decision tree is moving in the right direction. It is posted in the latest working draft.

Nathan has contacts at the North Carolina Department of Health, who are working on similar issues, trying to determine what regulations and requirements apply to mobile apps. Nathan will try to obtain their use cases, so that we can use them within cMHAFF to test our decision tree and criteria.

There will be a meeting on April 17th, but NOT on April 24th.
