RCnL: Reconciliation + Planning
David Hamill told us, that RCnL Rel.2 ballot reconciliation is still outstanding. We can either withdraw or upload package. The latter is done and ok. Randy Levin has not withdrawn. Ioana will take care.
Release 3 PSS gets a new name: Unifed Conformance and Modelling. Should become a high level overview document. RCnL R3 should also be created based on Wendy's document summarizing the necessary changes.
