As the agenda and resources for Implementation-a-Thon #2 are finalized, this page will be updated.
Dates: April 14-15 at DePaul University in Chicago.
General approach:
- publish generalized scenarios in advance of the IAT.
- publish full homework scenarios in advance for show and share at IAT
- CCD, Discharge Summary, Referral Note, Care Plan (all with full CCDS)
- publish patient/provider registration info in advance so participants can load into their systems:
