  1. Set aside time to collate ballot comments as soon as the ballot closes
  2. Use amalgamation macro?
  3. Triage Ballot Line Items
    1. ASAP before meeting
    2. identify incomplete ballot submissions
    3. check for out of scope comments
    4. open email dialog about any unclear comments
    5. priorities line items for committee
    6. do committee referrals
