Joint Project with Security

Address inconsistencies, add mapping to SNOMED CT, investigate the use of HL7 trigger events, CDA R2 LOINC codes for document types.

• CBCC will document suggested changes for reusing the common terminology including operations, document types (CDA R2), etc.
