...another tangent for your consideration: I became very interested in various state efforts to create All Payer Data Bases after attending the following briefing last month, and our discussions during CBCC. I'm wondering if this might fit into our model so we include the cost component of care, critical to the discussion as well. (consumer/Patient perspectives is the next area to tackle after that, so we can really start thinking about outcomes.)
