Implementable Terminology Binding
The connection of a value set specifying an unambiguous set of signified concepts in specific coding system(s) either directly or indirectly to the terminology constraint on the content of specified data element(s) in a model or specification, and that can be processed/handled by a system. It is the statement defining the linkage between a component of an information model and some components of one or more terminology models.
