- BR&R voted to transition ownership of AdverseEvent to Patient Care. Michelle Miller emailed FMG for their approval.

- Per Stephen, there are clinical disciplines (e.g. nursing) who may not use the concepts of "provisional" and "differential", but uses "unconfirmed"
