Group: This is part of the Encounter/Account/Coverage structure, and will be resolved as we do that.
RelatedPerson Name issue (from Andrew Torres – needs a tracker item)
Is there a reason why RelatedPerson.name has a cardinality of 0..1? We are looking to leverage this resource for consent management and it seems the GUI should be able to select a display name vs legal name.
Group: If this was a tracker item, believe we would approve it (consistency with Patient, Person, Practitioner)
Endpoint discussion
Discussed potential changing connectionType to an extensible Coding rather a code (seems reasonable)
Further discussion was had around should there be a “protocol” field, which captures the combination of connection type and format. (From Elliot)
For v2 messages, the payload type is Hl7v2, and the connection type could be LLP, secure-email… and the payload format would be the event type – eg REF-I12
(consider email value change to SMTP)
