   1. Update starting to look at the conversion of WIKI format to Publication Format
   2. Wanting to have this as an automated process. Need to build some test tools.

   1. Reviewed the extensions to include in CDA R2.1 - most added, some not likely moving, and some stay as extensions on CDA R2.1
   2. Look at how vocabulary should be modeled in narrative, add information in style guide.
