Finalize Agenda for the May 2013 WGM in Atlanta

- Coordination between Lab Order and the X-Paradigm project (30 min)
- Review the PSS that Dave and Austin created to identify the process whereby we capture the SAIF ECCF information on a publication request and how we can pilot it across the standards we have.
