- The meeting was called to order at 4:05PM Eastern by Charlie Mead.
- Approval of Minutes and agenda.
- MOTION To approve the minutes (Zoran/ANdy)

- Report from BA Framework tiger team(AbdulMalik Shakir, Jane, Bo)
- Bo: Reviewed Task. AbdulMalik, Jane, Bo to create the Business Architectural Model (BAM) for HL7.
- Proposal was presented.
- Does not include current state.
- Cannot do top-down because we dont know the customers, and dont have a feedback loop from them.
- Current state documentation is missing, obsolete, or incomplete.
- Will use TOGAF ADM as a guide.
- There were no questions on application of TOGAF to the BAM.
