Discussion of Alternate Formats

Briefly noted some of the discussion around publishing alternate formats from the MnM call

  • CMETs from Kathleen needed to be converted to newer version of Visio
  • no outstanding issues known

  • CMETs must have the correct entry point defined

  • Adding Line Numbers to Balloted Documents (where the ballot is on a hand-crafted document, often PDF but created in Word) - very useful for reference in ballot comments, can be done in Word, must be done prior to PDF conversion. Don will ask this feature to be turned on in submitted raw documents.

Update on the Generator

Woody resolved CMETinfo.txt problems. The intent is to produce the CMETinfo and ballot summarized from the PubDb. This process can also be used to change Visio XML to MIF and HMD to MIF. This development is the route to the manifest file (packageApprovalStatus.MIF).
