QA Criteria – V3 Ballots

1. Submit Notice of Intent to Ballot on time
2. The following are the artifacts that need to be reviewed as part of Ballot QA
   • Create initial content - topics and artifact holders
   • Review Storyboards (use cases) and descriptions
   • Ensure branded products such as drug names are identified with ™ or ®
   • Review Application Roles and descriptions
   • Review Trigger Events and descriptions
   • Review RMIMs
     • Ensure there is an Overviews
   • Review Attribute Definitions
   • Review Visio Models
   • Review HMDs
   • Review Interactions and descriptions
   • Make sure all interactions are included
