Meeting Minutes (DRAFT)
Approve Meeting Minutes from September 22
2 abstain (Serafina, Ioana); 0 objections; 9 approve
Data Provenance
- The pre-publication version of the Data Provenance IG DSTU was distributed to the CBCC and Security WG members for their review and comment
- The IG is scheduled for final publication approval at the HL7 WGM next week during the CBCC WG session Q3 Tuesday.
- Reconciliation has been completed and Lynn has received the proper name for publication
BH DAM
- Informative ballot PASSED - 70% affirmative
- Received a handful of negative comments, but most of these negative comments were not substantive
- An FDA reviewer submitted a comment related to medical device labeling. Project participants will follow up with this reviewer to determine exactly how the comment lies within the scope of behavioral health since, according to Ioana, the DAM doesn't modify the way in which medical devices are identified.
- Items may be included for future scope
PASS Access Control Services Conceptual Model
- The PASS ACS ballot met quorum, but did not pass. Ballot reconciliation will begin at the WGM in Atlanta. Negative comments will be addressed face-to-face where possible.
Joint EHR, Security, Privacy Vocabulary Alignment
- This morning's meeting was cancelled. At next week's HL7 WGM, project participants will clarify the content and procedure to take the project to ballot.
FHIR
- Track deadlines for FHIR, FHIR extension deadlines
- Request re-publishing of dates
- Connectathon: we hope to show exercise of provenance and audit events for claims
- Possibly explore:
- Security labels should be meta tagged; changing labels without changing the versions...problems?
- The need for transactions
- Possibly explore:
S&I Project: Electronic Long-Term Services and Support
