The SOA facilitator will:
- Consult with the project to ensure that the standard aligns with the HL7 portfolio of SOA services and standards.
- Maintain integrity of the architectural alignment of the project and consistency with SOA best practices.
- Ensure compliance with HL7 SOA processes, artifact types (e.g., standards "templates"), etc.
- Champion project concerns within the SOA workgroup for resolution.
- Identify areas of SOA community interest surfacing with the project and to elevate them to the SOA workgroup
- Collect lessons-learned and serve as a liaison between this and other SOA-involved projects
