Discussion Topics: We spent a lot of time talking about the patient and provider context. We want to be able to gather information about context that affects what is relevant, both in free form and in a structured fashion.

We reviewed the letter, and agreed to start working with HL7 leadership to finalize it so that it can be sent out.

For next week, we will review the sample surveys using Survey Monkey , and Google Forms) and make a decision on which tool to use.
