Minutes Summary

Accepting Previous Week's Meeting Minutes

• The WG accepted meeting minutes from last week’s teleconference on June 3, 2014.

Harmonization Meeting - Data Provenance update

• Kathleen shared four initial harmonization proposals for the Data Provenance project. Final submission of the proposals is due by

July 6, 2014.

• Kathleen made the motion to have the CBCC attendees approve each of the harmonization proposals. Diana seconded the motion.

There were two abstentions (Reed and Serafina) and no objections. Therefore, the motion passed, and the proposals were approved.

Vendor Meeting

• Neelima reaffirmed that the APA vendor meeting is scheduled for June 27, 2014 from 1-3 p.m. Eastern. She will post the meeting information to the HL7 CBCC Wiki site.

Using GoToMeeting for future CBCC WG meetings

• The CBCC WG will go back to using GoToMeeting, starting with next week’s call on June 17, 2014.
