Minutes
- Motion to approve Minutes Prior Meeting on 11/29 Louis/John: 3-0-0
Workflow Pattern Issues
- John identified some mapping issues with statuses. Preference in pharmacy is to use "on-hold" rather than "suspended" and "stopped" rather than "aborted". He will raise the issue on the list and on chat.fhir.org
Andrea joins
- "intended" status for MedicationStatement is really more of a plan. Accept that for practical reasons it needs to appear on MedicationStatement for practical reasons
- "cancelled" doesn't distinguish whether a med was taken or not. Would like to add "stopped"
- "cancelled" wouldn't mean "did not take". Consider renaming to "revoked" to make that clear
- Pharmacy will look at the task statuses and see if any others are relevant. If not, will look at adding cancelled and stopped as specializations of "revoked". If so, will look at using a contained Task
Updates to Lab Scenario
