FHIR RDF RIM mapping PSS

• The group reviewed the PSS as well as Lloyd's initial response to the ARB. The group concurred with Lloyd's initial concerns
• Josh left the call, Bill joined
• The group identified several additional issues:
  • Concrete use cases were unclear and needed to be verified
  • Exercise should not be limited to pharmacy models but should instead focus on "challenging" models and include the full set of FHIR artifact types
  • The timeline was overly tight
  • This initiative should be sponsored by either FHIR-I or MnM - someone with "skin in the game" for FHIR development
• The group helped to craft the above points into form for an email to be sent in response to the PSS

Motion: Lloyd to incorporate the above plus his initial email into an overall response email to the ARB (ccing the FHIR list) suggesting that we're interested in co-sponsoring (or preferably sponsoring) but that the PSS needs a considerable revamp based on the above.
