- Actor is already able to handle the HealthCare Agent(s), Witness and Notary via the RelatedPerson resource
- Source would link to the wet/electronically signed document that authorized the agency
- A composition resource would point to the Consent resource as a source for the HC Agent
- In general, it seems that the Consent Resource can handle this use case.
