  • Reviewed potential name for Rule as "Provision"
  • ONC Patient Choice Presentation part two
    • Ali introduced the Research Consent Directive content presented last week
    • Legal requirements are that information must be exchanged with all required elements but may have elements in-line or attached vie OID/URL or document with all information
    • May also be a questionnaire/response resource as long as all info in included.
    • Can use FHIR Q/R or common accord.
    • Kathleen has links that help explain contact requirements. To be attached
    • Information needed for a derivative -- should that be part of a ConsentRequest resource?
    • ResearchSubject, et al could be attached to the Contract resource and all linked to the Consent Resource.
