Discuss aftermath of the Vocabulary conference call and the rewording of non highlighted bullet items 2.5.1 (Vocabulary Domain).
John Lyons attended the Vocabulary conference call where the topic of section 2.5.1 in the Refinement chapter was discussed. Len Gallagher had sent out a draft of the the section. The Vocabulary group made some minor changes to what Len had produced and the changes were passed with a vote of 6-0-2 (Jane Curry/John Lyons). John Lyons is going to send the revised draft out to both the Vocabulary and Conformance lists to make sure there are no substantive changes that need to made. If no changes are suggested by the next vocabulary call then the revised section will be what goes into the ballot material.
Discuss Intent to Ballot
John Lyons had submitted an Intent to Ballot. All Negatives have been resolved with only the the Affirmative Questions and suggestions to be dealt with. John will organize those affirmatives to put forward any line item motions which can be voted on for next week. The intention is to be able to submit the ballot reconcilliation with in next few weeks.
Conformance Statements
Discussed the need for consistency with the use of conformance clauses. Also discussed the need to define better the concept of Required but maybe empty from a verson 3 standpoint.
