Review of January 2015 diagram
- the model which was developed in San Antonio was explained:
- the health concern component was replaced by health concern event.
- the concern identifier was replaced by different roles such as custodian, author and concerned person.
- the tracking has been removed. Instead we have concern lists on the right upper hand corner.
- there were questions about this part of the model. We have to make a clear distinction between the actual relationship of concerns and problems (the clinical model) and the way we view them (representational model). The health concern list is clearly a representation.
- Stephen questions the structure between the problem list, allergy list and the health concern list. In his view an allergy could be part of the problem list.
- Michael will post the document of the new model in the minutes and invite Jay and Larry to discuss the model in a next call.
The document of the model can be found here. [[1]]
Ballot reconciliation
During the call we discussed the comments submitted by Larry and Stephen for the January WGM
- Chapter 5, Larry's suggestion was to add an extra bullet on the action that a concerned person or group should be able to another action was taken because of a concern. There were no objections to add this text. The disposition was moved by Stephen and seconded by David. Votes: 4 approve, 0 against, 0 abstain.
- Chapter 8.1 Stephen has made a remark about the word "Care Giver" in the context of concern identifier. However the concern identifier will be removed and as such this comment line was persuasive, but no longer relevant. The disposition was moved by Stephen and second by David. Votes: 3 approve, 0 against, 1 abstain.
- Kevin had remarks against the word "assessment", which was to replace the word "facts" in an ballot comment, that was dealt in an earlier session. We parked this topic, due to the lack of time and decided to revisit the ballot comment in a following call.
