a. Review UML model

Model review:

• There were many comments regarding the model on page 18 of the DAM
• for example line 5,7,13,27.28,30,32,33,34 of the ballot spreadsheet.
• Jay has gone thru the rows and looked if they had impact on the model.
• During the session we ran thru the comments once more.
• row 4: We recognize that different actors ( users) have different rights, such as viewing, updating and creating concerns.
• row 7: We have removed the current Health Concern Name. This information can retrieved by looking at the most recent Health Concern name.
• We have added the element Provider to the diagram.
