Mission and Charter:
- Earlier version was approved. TSC have asked all groups to affirm their Mission & Charter and place in this format. Folks can take time over the next week to review it with plan to approve it during next week's call
- Questions:
- Data driven health care - is this being reflected in the Mission and charter document? Russ: It is but may not be in those precise words. Suggest folks read it and we can discuss any needed changes.

Upcoming topics
- Next Week: Michelle Miller will review the FHIR spreadsheet about how adequately FHIR can capture the attributes of CareTeam members. Russ emailed out the spreadsheet. Will email to LHS list serve.
- Kathleen Conner will discuss CBCC approach to the spheres of Care Team as it relates to consent and access to the spheres
- Annette will discuss title roles for care coordinators and capabilities for individuals. This will help define attributes for the care team members along with who's in charge and who does the planning
- Will review the storyboards and attributes captured in the story boards. Link to the storyboard is on LHS wiki under Use Cases
- IHE DCTM Overview
Future plans for ISA?
- Per Evelyn, ISA will be maintained because it's a public resource
Updates on Care Team Related Projects
- SDWG aligning work being done in LHS with CDA care team constructs
- IHE DCTM is out for trial implementation
- Evelyn was not aware of IHE DCTM
- Suggestion made by Didi to place comments in ISA for DCTM to be considered for ISA 2018
- Russ suggest Emma do a presentation of the IHE DCTM profile on a future call
- Evelyn will be facilitating ONC care Plan work until this month. Also working with NIH on the Kidney care plan. Evelyn will send out information about DCTM to the ONC list to make them aware of it
- Russ will set up a time with the various groups about IHE DCTM Presentation
