Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
- Ioana was ill and unable to join the call
- Walked through Project Wiki page
- Reviewed Business Case from HITSP Consumer Empowerment IS
- Reviewed ONC Consumer Access use case for provider list gap
- Scenario 2: Provider Lists & Permissions combines "retrieve information about providers" with consumer-granted "provider permissions". This suggests that Registry services may need to interface with Privacy, Access and Security Services (PASS)
- Discussed need for contributions of business cases and use cases from Infoway for Canada
- Discussed how the Domain Analysis Process maps to SAIF framework
- Steve referred us to SAIF Executive Summary
- Reviewed Current Interdependent Registries Project Scope Statement
- Section 4.b Project Need notes that some of the registries were developed in Personnel Management, some in Patient Administration and some are new
- Personnel Management content already has a Domain Analysis Model (Information model)
- But Patient Administration content was based on v2.x and does not have a DAM
- A project deliverable will be to add PA content and new content to the PM DAM
- The Registry Pattens project from several years ago defined behavior for managing registries but it did not address interdependent behavior
- Section 6 External Project Collaboration notes need to coordinate with the IHE IT Infrastructure Technical Framework
- The following IHE profiles need to be reviewed: XDS, PAM, PDQ, PIX, PWP, HPD
- Section 4.b Project Need notes that some of the registries were developed in Personnel Management, some in Patient Administration and some are new
- Brief discussion regarding how and where project work can be done prior to the January WGM
- Gregg suggested that project Wiki page should be where materials are linked
- Steve suggested that requirements could be published as tables
- Patrick suggested that Enterprise Architect could be used to publish the DAM; EA does offer a free reader
- Steve suggested that ISO 15000 - Electronic business eXtensible Markup Language (ebXML) - is particularly relevant to this project
- Part 1: Collaboration-protocol profile and agreement specification (ebCPP)
