16 Points Document

The 'Facilitators 16 Point Document' is the ongoing effort to develop a list of policies and procedures and assign them to roles of HL7 members to support the vocabulary definiton and maintenance process in the HL7 organization. This document originally began as a 'handbook' for facilitators, but has grown since then.

It is captures in an Excel workbook. The first worksheet is the 'cover page' and summarizes the efforts where vocabulary interacts with the other HL7 proceses. Each of the other worksheets expands upon one task in detail.

This document is worked on at every WG meeting in the hope of having a fully specified set of vocabulary tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables (someday).
