Minutes from March 5th, 2015 – Block vote on ballot reconciliation. Discussed the diagram. Move: Jay/David No – 0, Abstain – 1, Approve – 2
Review of January 2015 diagram
Diagram discussion: The original diagram had a health concern list pointing to a problem list and allergy list. Changed the health concern list to a health concern list item. The group discussed if the list item was necessary and determined that the problem list and the allergy list could be related directly to the health concern (E.G. health concern collects problem list, health concern collects allergy list).
Decision – remove the “health concern list item” Decision – call the “health concern list owner”, the “list author”. Decision – what is the relationship of the “list author” to the problem list and the allergy list? Is the verb “own”? Agreed on the word “compile”.
Adjusting comments and disposition will then publish.
