Proposed Agenda
- Consolidate the CG DIM and Clinical Sequencing DAM into a single CG DAM
- IOM data mapping
- Grant proposal: "The record stored in the EHR should not be test-based, especially for large gene panels and whole exome/genome testing. Rather, it should be based on specific disease and medication assessment"
- Amnon: should keep data aligned with 'clinical genomics statement' (CGS) structure that include all the above components and dictate certain starting point; in a summary layer of the EHR, it should be possible to analyse CGS instances relating to an individual, and show significance to a certain disease, medication, care goal/plan, etc.
