Discussion
Contsys – Jay has received the updated specs. The comparison table can be completed. Discussed use of Contsys specs internally. It is called a health issue, not a health concern.
Jay has worked through the modeling and has many questions. Group again noted that the mind map should be removed in deference to the conceptual model. A DAM is conceptual in nature, not a logical model for implementation.
The DAM document has been streamlined with the various scenarios moved to the end. Do we need to add functional requirements -- they are in there. We do have draft requirements and draft use cases.
Becky Angeles – has offered to help Jay with Enterprise Architect – e.g. export without unnecessary meta data. We will continue to work on the document.
Will retain the comparative analysis in the appendix.
Michael – on leave as of the 21 for three weeks, Jay on leave the week of the 14th. Jay will take ownership of the document for publication. Elaine will help with editing. Note – questions in the document and on the wiki. To streamline document – look at scenarios that are similar or portray similar concepts. There are four that seem to be unnecessary. In the introduction – list the scenarios and what the point of the use case is.
