Minutes Summary

New Meeting Day/Time A new meeting day/time has been chosen for this meeting: Tuesdays at 1 p.m. Eastern / 10 a.m. Pacific.

Project Scope Statement - brief Serafina clarified the process following approval of the Data Provenance and Natural Language project scope statements at the TSC level. The project itself is then approved, and the goal becomes to meet the ballot deadline.

Data Provenance Vocabulary

• Reed Gelzer expressed interest in vocabulary related to Data Provenance, specifically in the harmonization of that vocabulary.

Behavioral Health Vendor Meeting

• Lori shared details of the APA vendor webinar. It will be held on June 27 from 1-3 p.m. Eastern. Her group has already sent out background documentation, and will send out official invites next week.
• ONC will participate in the webinar (Larry Wolff to work with the Behavioral Health association program). Ioana and Jim K

will be talking about HL7 Behavioral Health progress.* There were questions about the certification criteria. Lori’s group sent APA a request for public comments about the certification program.

• Rather than having a formal certification program, Lori’s group is developing a comprehensive functional Behavioral Health profile that consolidates the requirements.
