Issue
Not aligned with datatype flavors in LOI.
among other things CWE.7 (Coding System Version) optionality is "C" in underlying v271 standard. Hence "O" usage in the CWE flavors IG is not conformant with the underlying standard.
Recommendation
Align CWE datatype flavors with LOI and standard.
