- BAM draft deck for use at SDWG
Need to make the 'ask' to start separating tasks related to governance, management and methodology - e.g. separating an IG publishing group (management), templates exchange format (methodology). CDA as product family is part of V3 RIM family.
- Need governance structure like this for CDA R3 product family going forward.
- Time-boxed to 45 minutes, cut down to 6 slides.
- Calvin will let SDWG know for agenda planning.
- Need to choose the subset of slides on Sunday.
Governance structure requires definition of methodology and that may not be solely owned by SDWG. Cross-product family line methodology may be owned by other groups, e.g. templates. Governance may be shared by other groups if content is drawn from other groups. This needs to be stated on the slides. Calvin would try to draft the shorter message from which they make the 'ask'.
