OWL PSS
Added description of the "new product":
An agreed representation of HL7 v3 MIF artifacts using OWL, including transforms to produce said representation. Eventually these representation should ‘complete’ in that that they expose all information present in the MIF in an appropriate representation in OWL. The representation should support reasoning against OWL v3 artifacts and instances.
