Issue

From Rx alignment sheet (posted to list 9th Jan)

For Rx to be conformant to Clinical Statement, CS needs to add noteText [optional, ED, 0..1].

Rx:"use cases: points that were difficult to transcribe because the writing was poor"

Recommendation

add noteText to transcriber [optional, ED, 0..1].
