From Rx alignment sheet (posted to list 27th July)
CS needs to change maxDoseQuantity to DSET<RTO<PQ, PQ.TIME>> on SBADM act (to handle daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
This is a DSET so can express maxDose as so much per day AND so much per week
