• A Participation for ParticipationInformationRecipient 0..* optional is added

Table this and resolve in San Antonio what is the scope boundary.

Resolution

10/3/2006 Meeting agreed this should be added to the boundary discussion at San Antonio. This Change Request to be left on the table (not voted on).
