Roll Call, Approve Minutes & Accept Agenda
Attempts are in the works to create a consent form to comply with 42CFR regulations. Any partners of an HIE cannot constantly return to see if an agreement was valid present on a certain date in order to share information. BH CCD contributors are interested in harmonizing performance reporting for discretionary grantees. Attempts being made to do this around core data in order to achieve a sense of items for treatment services and outcomes. The hope is that healthcare reform will justify funding for behavioral problems.

What SAMHSA requires in criteria.
Harmonize performance reporting for discretionary grantees. Trying to do this around core data in order to get a sense of items being treaves services provided and outcomes. We hope that healthcare reform will go ahead and justify spending money, justification of spending money for behavioral problems. The A level of functioning scale for children, get an agreement, consensus of code--we cannot force anyone to use only one source instrument, but we (BH contributers) like something that people have to map to.
