Correction to Core Principles for Attribute Conduction
Discussed the changes that have been made to Core Principles to address negatives on "isDOcumentCharacteristic" and the recently found error on overriding in Attribute conduction. Agreed to accept these changes and to return this item as open to ballot. LM/AS Unanimous.
RIM Reconciliation Proposals
Woody presented four RIM Reconciliation proposals for the Negatives against the May Ballot. All four related to the reference from the RIM to Core Principles with regards to the "isDocumentCharacteristic" property. These were found Persuasive with Mod. The reference text was changed to address the ballot concerns. The changes, however are not Substantive because they alter a reference to Normative content in Core Principles rather than the Normative definition itself. It was further noted that "isDocumentCharacteristic" property itself is open for ballot in this cycle within Core Principles.
