Determine MnM Vote for FnTSD Co-chair
Reviewed the nomination list for Foundation and Technology Steering Division Co-Chair. Tony Julian is the sole candidate to succeed himself. MnM needs to determine where its vote will be cast. Several participants moved and seconded that we approve Tony Julioan by acclamation. Unanimous.
Consider reconciliation proposal on Core Principles
GB noted that the significant ballot comments for Core Principles in May all centered upon "isDocumentCharacteristic". There was not quorum in Vancouver when the reconciliation was undertaken, but McKenzie and Beeler agreed that the comments were persuasive and that Beeler would undertake to revise it.
Today, Beeler presented a draft revision. With minor changes and the request for a diagram of the last paragraph, the change was accepted. A motion was made to find the votes Persuasive With Mod and to resubmit for the September 2012 Ballot. Made by Kreisler and Seconded by Stechishin - unanimous.
