  • Lorraine gave an overview of the PSS
  • PSS has been posted to the List
  • Want to gather material from affiliates and other groups
    • Ken has drafted a letter
  • Joint meeting with Education/ES - Monday Q2 in Vancouver
  • Education is being asked to co-sponsor
  • improvements in ballot process could come out of this
  • could consider other WG - include Publishing as a co-sponsor
  • there has been previous sessions on the same topic
  • could be an opportunity for a webinar

ACTION: Melva to re-post PSS to the List

• eLearning Update
  • English global edition tomorrow, 260 students (25 scholarships).
  • In April both Italy and Pakistan begins, so we will have seven ELC running at the same time: Canada, India, Pakistan, Italy, Czech Republic, and our Spanish and English Edition.
  • We will get the total numbers in two or three week

• • Electronic Certification Testing PSS
    • need to come up with a better name so it doesn't get confused with our Certification Enhancement
    • looking at only having this at testing centres for doing this - would need contract with this centre

Education for Nurses and other Care Providers

• Melva has done some reach out to a nurse and will reach out to others to find out what they might need to understand HL7 and how they can get involved

• DMP was approved at last meeting
• Melva forwarded to Lynn Laasko and will check to see if it was posted on our webpage

• RIM Test Update - get update from Virginia for next meeting
