HL7 Administrative Registry State Model
Unlike most HL7 v3 message specifications, the message payload entry point is not the focal Act.
The registry payloads defined in Patient Administration and Personnel Management have a Role class entry point:
- IdentifiedPerson role
- Patient role
- ServiceDeliveryLocation role
- Provider role
- IdentifiedOrganization role
