1. Action Items

From last week:

• Ioana: will draft CBCC WG response to HL7 HQ's request for response to the ONC Policy Advisory Committee related to Privacy Policies, Consents, and Confidentiality Terminology. The draft will be added to a wiki page and CBCC work group is invited to edit the draft. December 10 is the comment period deadline.
• Mary Ann: will report back as to whether Canadians are using the ConfidentialityByInfoType value set (ETH, HIV, PSY, SDV) of the HL7 Confidentiality concept domain
• Security WG: will take the lead on making recommendations related to the use of the ConfidentialityByAccessKind value set
