Motion: Accept agenda as posted (AS/BP) unanimous

Approval July 13, 2010 Minutes

Motion: Approve (AS/BP) unanimous

NIB

Motion: Submit the NIB for the September 2010 ballot cycle. The NIB should be identical to the May 2010 ballot cycle submission. (BP/RW) unanimous

• AS will take this as an action item

Product List

Intent of review is to validate content of fields, placement of standards with other items

Datatypes

1. XML Datatypes - no comments

   R2 Guide - DN wondered if there was any content

   Datatypes 1.1 - AS has some comments, will forward to Lynn

   UML Datatypes - might need to be renewed or deprecated

There is an issue with status of Datatypes Release 2

Transport Specifications

1. WS Profile - there has been no movement, NIB - Jan 2010 (postponed) (DSTU was 2005) may need to be remove
   • co-chairs need to review project 301
2. Removable media: Charlie Mackay? Paul is faciliator
3. ebXML - need to review with Paul Knapp
4. MLLP - is OK

Structures

1. 2005 R1 - reaffirm
2. V2 XML Structures

Neutral Mapping

RW provided a recap of work to date and upcoming activities

• Has requirements
• Has written draft
• To do:
  • Post the draft on wiki
  • Announce the document for review on the ITS list
  • Review comments in Cambridge
    • Will need to schedule a quarter for this item
  • Select trial project

AS suggested publishing as a for-comment ballot, AS will investigate the timing.
