Issue

The Procedure act needs to have participation of the devices used in the procedure.

Recommendation

• Add ParticipationTargetDirect on the Procedure act clone, with target Role ManufacturedProduct, Entity Material, scoper Organization.

Rationale

Needed to be able to make statements about, e.g., implantation of a stent or pacemaker.
