- discussion of how to handle the new CC attributes going forward, especially with the normative edition
- when we add the new attributes, we will make the minimum cardinality 1
- discussion about "mix-n-match" when you have models that have new-style, old-style, and no-style
- make the harmonization proposals - adding new attributes with min cardinality 1 and deprecate the old attributes
- provide some implementation guidance that discusses the behaviours and discusses how to mix-and-match.
